Check in time: 3pm Lockbox - Each guest has access to the key box upon the day of arrival and will receive the check in instructions with a code to the main door.

Check out time: 10am (a later checkout time can be requested at the time of booking, we will check availability)

Parties or events are not allowed.
Please reduce all loud noises after 10pm.
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Please do not smoke inside the property, smoking is only permitted in the back garden, please dispose of all cigarettes in the ashtray provided.
Items must not be removed from any room or dismantled in any way. No furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement to avoid damages and breakages. If accidental damage occurs during your stay, kindly let us know immediately via email: contact.starlingplace@gmail.com where we shall advise if any charges apply.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property, and put the key(s) back in the lockbox.

Emergency

In the case of an emergency with your accommodation (e.g. you have a leak, no electricity) then please contact us at the office on 0208 432 6040 between the hours of 9.00am & 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Outside of office hours please contact us via the booking site.

Please note: that service providers (e.g. Sky) issues, broadband connection issues, complaint(s) with accommodation and any other customer service related issues are not deemed as emergencies and will NOT be dealt with on these numbers during out of office hours. These numbers are purely for EXTREME EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Please note; emergencies would be considered as leaks, electrical faults, plumbing issues, heating faults, non-access to your accommodation etc. Non-Emergencies will be dealt with on the next working day, or may incur a call out fee of £75 (+ VAT if applicable) per hour. With this in mind we ask that you use this service only when necessary. In this instance please e-mail us on contact.starlingplace@gmail.com with your query or leave a message on 020 8432 6040 and this will be dealt with promptly on the next working day.

Any call-outs resulting in a non-emergency or through no fault of ourselves will be charged at £75 (+VAT if applicable) and for each hour thereafter.
